Kelly Minton

After a varied career spanning years in entrepreneurship, systems administration, marketing and nonprofit development, Kelly now works on the DDM team as the company’s Operations Manager. Kelly applies her technology background and communications skills to this role, which she developed as IT Manager for the local Hospice organization, Development Director for the Northampton Montessori School and running a consulting firm providing strategy to a wide range of non-profits. At DDM, she supports the large suite of software tools used by the worldwide DDM team and manages technology logistics, amongst a wide range of responsibilities.

Homegrown in Western Massachusetts, Kelly is an avid gardener, member of a dynamic woman’s book group, hiker and lover of the historical dramas.
