Employee Spotlight: Carly Oakley

Carly Oakley finds herself in familiar territory at our global headquarters in Northampton, Massachusetts. After graduating from a nearby university in 2010, she jump-started her career as a Staff Accountant at a top-level marketing agency in Connecticut before joining the DDM team in 2012. Over the past three years, Carly has developed a passion for collaborating closely with clients and colleagues to ensure that financials are progressing smoothly. She has risen the ranks to her current position as Bookkeeping Manager & Executive Assistant. For those who have attended GDC San Francisco in recent years, you’ve likely encountered Carly as DDM’s vital timekeeper, dutifully stationed at our own Coordination Center.

Now that the snow has melted in the Northeastern US, Carly spends her out-of-office time on the golf course or softball field, where she plays competitively in local recreational leagues. She also enjoys staying active by playing ice hockey in the winter and likes to hang out with friends and watch most sporting events live on TV. To keep up with water-cooler conversations around the office, Carly recently purchased a vintage Nintendo 64 console, which also enables her to reminisce about her childhood days of playing Super Mario 64 and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
