Purple Lamp Studios Acquired by Embracer Group

DDM’s Finance Services group is proud to announce that longtime DDM client Purple Lamp Studios has recently been acquired by Embracer Group. DDM started working with Sproing in 2013 before their former founders founded Purple Lamp Studios in 2018. The studio is specialized in development of third-party IP and notably worked on The Guild 3 and most recently released SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated. Purple Lamp Studios will operate as an independent studio under THQ Nordic. DDM congratulates the fantastic teams at Purple Lamp Studios, Embracer Group and THQ Nordic with this major milestone.
